Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

The following terms and conditions govern subscription, class pack, and bundle purchases and usage.

By purchasing a subscription, class pack, or bundle the customer agrees to the terms outlined.

DEFINITIONS

Member: Individuals who have purchased a subscription, class pack, or bundle are considered members.

Membership: All subscriptions, class packs, and bundles are considered Memberships.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS

Subscriptions purchased are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Class packs and bundles are considered a one-time purchase and expire after the timeframe listed in the description of each pack or bundle has elapsed.

Each subscription, class pack, and bundle outline which services are available to the member. Events are open to all members.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Cancellation of Membership: Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Membership must be cancelled prior to auto draft payment. No refunds will be given only sessions honored until the expiration of that membership. 

Refund Policy: No refunds are available or partial refunds for unused services or credits. Single Class credits will be credited to the account for use at later date.

Suspension or Termination: Members are able to suspend their account at any time. There will be a $20 freeze fee applied for every time the membership gets suspended. Align Pilates has the right to terminate any membership for violation of studio rules, disruptive behavior, or bullying.

CLASS SCHEDULING AND BOOKING

Classes can be booked on our website on the schedule tab.

If a member must cancel a class, they need to do so at least 6 hours in advance or they will be considered either a late cancelation or no-show.

Late cancelation: If you cancel your booked group session within less than 6 hours of class starting, it will be considered as a late cancelation and your account will automatically be charged $10. If you cancel within 1 hour of class, it will be considered as a no-show.

No-Show Policy: If you do not show up or cancel class within 1 hour of class, it will be considered a no-show and your account will be automatically charged $15 for every offense.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

All members are required to complete and sign our liability waiver before attending their first class.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Align Pilates reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions at any time.

All members will be notified of changes via email or SMS/text message).

GOVERNING LAW

The laws of the State of South Carolina govern these terms and conditions.
